Mark Bering, President

Mark Bering has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas business, two years of which were previously with Millennium as Vice President of Business Development. During that time Mark was commercially responsible for the Eastern System Upgrade and Valley Lateral projects. Before returning to Millennium in 2020, Mark’s role at DTE Midstream has included various commercial responsibilities including the pipeline business, the gathering business and growing the storage business at both Washington 10 and DTE Gas.

Prior to joining DTE Energy, Mark worked for 15 years at Union Gas in a variety of management and business development roles. Mark received his BS degree in computer science from the University of Windsor.

Georgia Carter, Vice President and General Counsel

Prior to joining Millennium, Georgia Carter was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, FERC Compliance & Regulatory for the Columbia Pipeline Group, which includes Columbia Gas Transmission, Columbia Gulf Transmission, Hardy Storage and Crossroads Pipeline. Before the reorganization associated with Columbia Pipeline Group’s recent split from NiSource, she was Senior Vice President, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.

Before joining the Columbia Pipeline Group, she served as Deputy General Counsel for Gas Transmission and Distribution for Dominion Resources Services, Inc. In addition, Carter held a variety of leadership roles in the law department and in the marketing group of Consolidated Natural Gas Company and Dominion Resources.

Carter earned an undergraduate degree in economics and philosophy from the College of William and Mary, as well as a law degree from the Marshall Wythe School of Law

John Keith, Vice President, Finance and Controller

John Keith, a licensed certified management accountant, has 20 years of gas industry experience serving in progressive management and executive capacities in the areas of internal and external financial recording, reporting and policymaking, regulatory reporting, project control and treasury. Mr. Keith’s responsibilities include the overall financial, regulatory and human resource activities of the Millennium system. Mr. Keith was formerly the Acting Controller of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation located in Ithaca New York. Mr. Keith is a graduate from Ithaca College.

Glen Bennett, Director, Marketing & Optimization

Glen has more than 25 years of experience in the natural gas industry on both the unregulated and regulated side. Prior to joining Millennium in 2022, Glen spent 10 years working for TC Energy as business manager for the east commercial team, where he was responsible for long- term marketing and customer relations for large producers and end users on Columbia Gas Transmission and Columbia Gulf Transmission.

As Director, Marketing & Optimization for Millennium, Glen is responsible for marketing Millennium’s services, analyzing regional markets, maintaining customer relationships, as well identifying and adding new customers to the system.

Bruce Page, Director of Project Management, Operations and Engineering

Over 40 years’ experience in the natural gas business. Prior to his current position at Millennium, Bruce held leadership positions at Kinder Morgan, Inergy LP and Crestwood Midstream.
